Our listeners write:
CelebrateStory was terrific. Among those I heard, Len Cabral and James Braly made me laugh out loud, Bill Harley inspired me to buy his CD for some little kids I know, and Elizabeth Ellis left me with a pain in my heart — her story was so moving. Congratulations for putting together such a wonderful group of talented people.
Best,

I loved the variety of the storytelling, with ancient wisdom tales, poking fun at Coyote, people telling stories about their own lives, which also made me feel the kinship of it all. Kudos to our first timer, Olivier Bernier. I loved his accent, and his comfortableness, and that they were Hindu stories! Enjoyed Diane's mc'ing, it felt as if she was so happy to present her friends who were special story tellers as well! The audience — I being one of them, of course — loved being told these stories; it's delicious, relaxing, and so close to Mother! I also enjoyed that part of Diane's Haitian story "One, My Darling, Come to Mama" was in song, so haunting, really encapsulated grief and loss! Thank you for creating such an event, with the magic that always happens. What is life without magic?
Much love,
